For best results, 100% polyester is recommended; however, anything above 50% polyester will work.  Just understand that the less the polyester count, the less vibrant the colors from the transfer will be and will fade over time with washing.  With sublimation WHITE DOES NOT PRINT, so keep that in mind if you are using a color item other than white, the areas that appear white in the transfer will be the color of the apparel item.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eYou must have a heat press for sublimation transfers.\u003cbr\u003e\nTemp settings: 360-385 degrees F,\u003cbr\u003e\nTime: 60-80 seconds,\u003cbr\u003e\nPressure: Firm\/Heavy\u003cbr\u003e\nPlace parchment paper in between apparel item to ensure that transfer does not bleed to the back of the item.  Place transfer, cover with parchment and teflon.
